2) Services
We provide travel planning and arrangements including (as applicable): Kashmir tour packages, hotel/houseboat bookings, local transport, sightseeing itineraries, and activity assistance through our partner vendors.
3) Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are based on availability and the information you provide (travel dates, number of travellers, hotel category, etc.).
- Prices may change due to availability, seasonal rates, taxes, vendor charges, or changes in itinerary.
- A quote is not a confirmed booking until you receive a written confirmation from us and required payment is received.
4) Booking & payment
- To confirm a booking, you must pay the amount communicated by us (advance/partial/full).
- Payment methods and deadlines will be shared during confirmation.
- If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled automatically by vendors.
5) Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation/refund terms depend on the package and the vendor policies (hotels, houseboats, transport, activities). We will share the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking/confirmation.

In general:
- Refunds (if any) are processed after deducting vendor cancellation fees and service charges (if applicable).
- No-show, early check-out, or unused services may not be refundable.
- Bank/payment gateway charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
6) Changes to itinerary
If you request changes after confirmation, pricing may change and additional charges may apply. Weather, road conditions, safety advisories, and vendor availability can also require itinerary changes.
7) Travel documents & responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid documents (ID proofs, permits, tickets, etc.) required for travel. We are not responsible for denial of entry, permits, or travel disruptions due to missing/invalid documents.
8) Third-party services
Hotels, transport providers, activity operators and other vendors are independent third parties. While we work with trusted partners, we do not control their operations and are not liable for their acts/omissions.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee charged by us for the booking in question.
10) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, or security issues.
11) Intellectual property
Site content (text, logos, images) belongs to Travel Execute or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
12) Communications
By submitting your details, you consent to receive calls/WhatsApp/SMS/email regarding your enquiry and booking (you can opt out anytime).
13) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, unless otherwise required by law.
14) Updates to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
